Cat Boarding Prices
1-5 cats from the same family
$15 per night for one cat
$5 per night for each additional cat
Minimum of $30 to book room
Long stay rates can be discussed
Food not included.
Pick Up and Drop Off
Pick up and drop off service in areas between Upper Hutt and Wellington, charges will apply to some areas.
Small Animal Boarding
Indoor room dedicated to boarding your small pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and birds.
Prices from $8 per night depending on specific requirements of animal and length of stay.
Medication
We are able to administer all medications including oral, topical and injectable.
Daily Contact
We can provide a daily update such as a photo, text or email. Whatever we can do to help keep your mind at ease.
Special Requirements
We can cater for cats with extra needs including diabeties, special diets, nursing queens, wound care and post op care.

At Kaitoke Kitty Retreat we are all about ensuring your cat feels as safe and comfortable as they would in their own home. We have a specially set up boarding room in the main house fitted out to provide your cat with everything they need to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
The house is situated on a 10 acre lifestyle property just off State Highway 2, with the boarding room overlooking a large pond, providing your cat endless hours of bird watching from either of the two cat towers. When its time to have a sleep in the sun they can retire to the lazyboy or stretch out on the couch.
To keep the environment as stress free as possible we do not have any resident cats. This ensures that they will not have to cope with seeing, hearing or smelling any potential enemies as this can be very stressful , especially when in new surroundings.
With over 10 years experience working in the animal care industry and many more of pet ownership you can feel relaxed about leaving your much loved friend in qualified hands. Whether its weeks or days, enjoying a holiday, travelling for business or you simply need somewhere for your cat to be safe while you move house, we can help.
